Privacy notice

I’m Georgia, and Baby Steps is my own small business. This page explains what happens to the information you send me. It is short because I collect very little.
What I collect
When you use the enquiry form I collect your name, youremail address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and whatever you write in the message box. That is all. If you email me directly, I have whatever your email contains.
Please don’t send me medical or pregnancy history through the form.It isn’t built to hold that kind of information, and I don’t need it to answer your question. We can talk about anything medical once we’re in touch.
What I use it for
To reply to you, and to arrange sessions if you book. I don’t send marketing emails, I don’t add you to a mailing list, and I never sell or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.
Who else sees it
The form is run by Formspree, which passes your message to me and keeps a copy on its servers until I delete it. My email provider holds my inbox. Both act on my instructions only. The website itself is hosted byCloudflare.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking are deleted within twelve months. If you book, I keep our correspondence for as long as I need it for my records, and then delete it.
Analytics
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other websites. It can’t identify you, which is why this site has no cookie banner.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, and I’ll do it. Email hello@babystepstobirth.co.uk and say so — you don’t need to give a reason.
If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
